Following successful performances at this year’s Wokingham Festival and Progdreams festival in the Netherlands, UK progressive rock outfit The Paradox Twin have released a brand new video single ahead of their forthcoming UK tour dates with White Star Records labelmates The Room!

Calling once more on their critically acclaimed 2018 debut album “The Importance of Mr. Bedlam”, The Paradox Twin’s “Gravity Time Dilation” marks the end of the sad and tragic story of the life of Mr and Mrs Bedlam, the two characters that lie at the focal point of the album’s ongoing narrative concept.

Within their latest single, The Paradox Twin see this couple realising that the earth is under threat from a hostile alien race, and that Mr Bedlam’s choice to travel for “the better of mankind” must see him also leave his family behind forever. Indeed, the accompanying video for “Gravity Time Dilation” (created by Miles Skarin of Crystal Spotlight) pushes this concept into the stratosphere, armed with breathtaking snapshots of litterEd asteroid fields, colourful planetoids and warped, giddy blasts of interstellar flight, perfectly capturing the endless wonder and possibility of space travel.

Check out the lyric video for “Gravity Time Dilation” below.

Though The Paradox Twin’s latest single might signify the end for Mr and Mrs Bedlam, it also marks a new beginning for the Berkshire-based act. As the band prepare to tour the UK with White Star Records labelmates The Room, The Paradox Twin are pleased to confirm a brand new line-up as they enter into the final moments of 2019. Nicole Johnson and Graham Brown now join existing members Danny Sorrell (guitars, keyboards, vocals), Leland Freeman (guitars) and Diane Fox (bass) on vocals and drums respectively.

On The Paradox Twin’s latest incarnation, founding member Danny Sorrel comments:
“We tried out the new band line up at our recent shows and it went so well that it will now be our permanent line up for the future. The original core of myself, Lee and Diane has now been enhanced with the addition of Nicole, who adds a beautiful vocal dimension to our sound and Graham, who is just amazing. We are so looking forward to our forthcoming shows”.

You can catch The Paradox Twin’s new line-up soon, as the band gear up to tour with Reading rock outfit The Room, who released their own “Caught by the Machine” album in February 2019.
