It’s been more than 4 years but today Swedish metallers Enforcer finally unleash their fifth studio album “Zenith”, via Nuclear Blast.

To mark the occasion, the quartet is premiering the official music video for “Regrets”, an English adaption of Terminal’s song “Zadnji Izlet”.

Check out the video, which was directed by Gustav Ohman Spjuth, who also produced the “Die for the Devil” music video, below.

Bass player Tobias Lindqvist comments: “"Regrets" was originally written for and performed by Terminal. It’s a melancholic ballad with a strong chorus and felt like an interesting challenge to record with Enforcer”.

Vocalist/guitarist Olof Wikstrand adds: “"Regrets" is by far the darkest song we have ever done. A real challenge to make it fit and to make it ours but eventually I’m really happy with how it came out”.

Order “Zenith”, in various formats, here.

02. Zenith of the Black Sun

“Zenith” contains 10 brand new anthems, bringing not only classic tunes, but also fresh blood to the band’s unique sound. In addition, guitarist Jonathan Nordwall debuts as new permament member of the group on the forthcoming record.

Comments Olof Wikstrand on the new record: “"Zenith" is definitely the most ambitious project we ever engaged ourselves in. I think all together we spent over two and a half years to write, produce and record it all. We are super excited to finally get this one out to you all. Beware the "Zenith of the Black Sun"”.

The drums were recorded at Soundtrade Studios, Stockholm and the rest of the tracking was completed at Hvergelmer Studios, Arvika.“Zenith” was produced by the band themselves and the artwork was created by Italian artist Velio Josto.
