Melechesh announces January 2020 European Headlining Tour

Melechesh have announced that they are set to start 2020 with a bang: the band have revealed their Sumerian Sonic Magick Tour, set to lead them across Europe in January 2020 including a date at London venue, the Boston Music Rooms on 12th January.

W.E.B. and Selvans will join the Sumerian black metal band, with more bands due to be announced soon.

Melechesh has announced a headlining European tour in May 2015

Italian death metallers Embryo will also embark on this European tour in May, supporting Melechesh, Keep Of Kalessin and Tribulation.

Embryo guitarist Eugenio Sambasile said: “We are extremely excited and proud to have the opportunity to share the stage with bands of this caliber. It will be an honor to be able to play the new songs across Europe”.

Melechesh recording new album in Athens, Greece - Studio report

Kings of Mesopotamian black/thrash metal, Melechesh, are currently in Athens, Greece recording their sixth full length album to be released worldwide via Nuclear Blast on a yet-to-be-determined date.
 
The band had spent one month in their rehearsal room in Germany tweaking all the details and will spend the next six weeks in Athens recording the new album, tentatively entitled Enki.
