Insect Ark to release new studio album “The Vanishing” on February 28th 2020

Insect Ark - currently made up of founder Dana Schechter (Swans) and Andy Patterson (ex SubRosa) - have been crafting uncomfortable soundscapes that feel both intimate and icy cold since 2011. Nightmarish horror film-like visions, outer space travel, and gritty noir textures were explored in their previous offerings - the much-praised Portal / Well” (2015) and “Marrow Hymns” (2018) - but now, something far greater is coming. Prepare for “The Vanishing”.

Anders Manga to release neo-80s horror influenced album “Hexed” on September 8th 2015

Stream “The Creeping Flesh”, the first track from Anders Manga's (Bloody Hammers) neo-'80s horror influenced album “Hexed”. The album will be released in digital format on September 8th, 2015.

Anders Comments: “"Hexed" is a collection of mostly synth based instrumentals I'm doing influenced by horror movie soundtracks from the 70s and 80s. I have a deep love of the work of John Carpenter, Goblin, Fabio Frizzi and others and have always wanted to do this project. I'm psyched about how well it's coming together and I'm happy to have it ready by Halloween!”
