Lazaris Pit to release new studio album “Coniphers” on May 22nd 2020

Raleigh-based rock outfit Lazaris Pit have announced they will release their new “Coniphers” album.

Ahead of that, they present the lead single “You Don’t Tag Me in Memes Anymore”, a modern-day break-up song, often detached from the moments that make life worth living and musing on the deeper workings of it all with the grim reality that someone important has moved on. They also present a video rendition of this single, live in Athens, Georgia. Listen to the new track below.

Before Sunday sings with Rockshots Records and announces debut album “Anticipation”

UK-based alternative act Before Sunday has inked a worldwide record deal with Rockshots Records for the release of the debut album “Anticipation” in April 2020.

Before Sunday is a band with a raw, energetic and personal attitude. Based out of London, UK, and originally from Greece, the band was formed by guitarist and songwriter Nik Basis back in 2012. Singer Stella Panteloudi quickly joined the group, and the duo relocated to London the following year.

Vasil Hadzimanov is back with his sophomore release around three years after his debut. This time the virtuoso Serbian keyboardist, composer and arranger is expanding his musical horizons by embellishing his ethnic, Balkan folk, prog rock and jazz/fusion music with atmospheric, R&B, funk, avant garde, psychedelia, trance and electronica elements here and there. Still, the musical experimentations along with the passionate and creative improvisations are here, cuz they are the very essence of this “kind of music”, in a way.

Erja Lyytinen announces March 2019 UK Tour

European Blues Award winner Erja Lyytinen will return to the UK in March 2019.

The Finnish slide-guitarist is currently on a short tour of the UK and is pleased to return for a nationwide 12-date tour in 2019.

The tour will include shows in Brighton (March 18), Sheffield (March 21), Glasgow (March 23), London (March 26) and Birmingham (March 28).

Erja Lyytinen releases music video for new single “Another World”

To dovetail her upcoming UK tour that kicks off on Tuesday November 6th at London’s Borderline, European Blues Award winner Erja Lyytinen is pleased to announce the Friday 5th October release of her new single “Another World”.

Self-released on Erja’s own label, Tuohi Records, it’s the second single, following “Without You”, taken from her upcoming new studio album that will be released in early 2019.
