Bloodbound after the last album “Rise of the Dragon Empire” again to the hammer blow and put with “Creatures of the Dark Realm” again a turn up.

The new album, “Creatures of the Dark Realm”, will be released on May 28th, 2021, via AFM Records.

With this album, the Swedes have once again given their own special style a great polish and open us a deep insight into a musical universe of wonders.

Nightwish announces live streaming shows on March 12th and March 13th 2021

Nightwish, one of the world’s leading symphonic metal bands and Finland’s most successful music export – sets the stage for an exquisite interactive experience in March 2021.

In “An Evening with Nightwish in a Virtual World”, the band will perform at The Islanders Arms, a tavern built in virtual reality. The event takes place on two nights, Friday March 12th and Saturday March 13th, 2021.

Viking Metal pioneers Einherjer will release their eighth studio album, “North Star”, on February 26th, 2021, proving their status as the pioneers of blending Nordic Black Metal and Folk Metal genres to pure Norse Heavy Metal once again.

On “North Star”, the band around singer / guitarist / bassist Frode Glesnes and drummer / keyboarder Gerhard Storesund adds more modern, mass-appealing facets while staying true to their roots.
 

Death Of A Dryad sign with Wormholedeath and delay “Hameln” album release date due to covid-19

Death Of A Dryad signed a deal with Wormholedeath for the physical release of their new album “Hameln”. The digital format will be released via Trisol Music Group. 

Initially the album should have been out in December 2020, but the 2nd Covid wave, that is hitting Europe heavily, delayed the release. All the dates TBA.

Varmia signs with M-Theory Audio and announces new album “bal Lada”

The Polish pagan black metal group Varmia – who pay tribute to their Baltic roots by combining black metal sounds with traditional instruments such as the goat horn and the tagelharpa - has signed with M-Theory Audio. The band’s third album, “bal Lada”, will be released in Spring 2021.

Moonspell live at Pax Julia Teatro Municipal in Portugal 2020

Moonspell is a Portuguese Gothic Metal band formed in 1992. Their first EP “Under the Moonspell” was released back in 1994 and was followed up by their debut album “Wolfheart” just a year later.
 
They then quickly become the most recognizable metal band form Portugal and a key figure in Gothic Metal. With all these years under the belt, they’ve always been a creative and live force that refused to die or to compromise the grinding of time.
