To explain what EelST (short form for ‘Elio e le Storie Tese’) is, we have to try to imagine what the word “viral”, so often used nowadays, could have meant in 1980, when the band started its activity.

The band has enlisted the sonic assistance of The Deaf Nephews (Dale Crover of The Melvins and Toshi Kasai). The new album is targeted for a late 2015 release and will feature the artwork of David Yow (The Jesus Lizard).
