Vio-Lence signs worldwide deal with Metal Blade Records

Metal Blade Records is proud to welcome Vio-Lence to its worldwide roster!

After disbanding in late 1993, their music and legacy still drew metal-heads from around the world. Their return to live performances began in mid-April 2019 and they haven’t looked back.

Testament announces February & March 2020 European & UK Tour with Exodus and Death Angel

2020 is set to be an unforgettable year for British and European thrash metal-heads - three legendary pioneers of the genre have announced that they will be touring throughout next spring. Hitting the road will be no other than the Bay Area’s very own Testament, Exodus and Death Angel – who have all teamed up to bring the catchily dubbed “The Bay Strikes Back” tour to our shores!

Testament’s Chuck Billy commented:

Exodus celebrate 40 Year anniversary with the release of “No Love (Live at Day in the Dirt 1984)”

The formation of the beast we now call Exodus began in Richmond, CA in 1979, and although many started their journey as fans a few years down the line, there is no debating that the early 80s was a time for major growth in the world of thrash metal, especially in the Bay Area of California.

Dust Bolt - Trapped in Chaos

Dust Bolt is a German quartet that has been active since 2012, releasing another three albums and an EP in addition to this.

They’re a somewhat crossover thrash band in the vein of Lost Society, Gama Bomb, Municipal Waste and the like, but with a very pragmatic and serious lyrical approach. At times they also reminded me a bit of Kreator’s mid-period to late 80s period or Destruction’s more refined pre-break up moments.
