Gojira to debut stream of Live At Red Rocks concert on May 20th 2020 for 24 hours only

For the first time ever, twice Grammy®-nominated band Gojira will host an official stream of their previously unreleased Live At Red Rocks concert on May 20th, 2020. The show broadcasts exclusively from the band’s official site for 24 hours only, beginning at 9pm BST (4pm ET) May 20 until 9pm BST (4pm ET) May 21st.

The title of the new Paradise Lost album had me for some inexplicable reason, hoping that at long last, the Halifax men of despair would be able to come up with a proper follow up to their early 90s material, which almost made them household names back in the day. I don’t know what caused that belief to take root, maybe the cool name, I just had a hope and a bit of a hunch.

Acclaimed Norwegian band Kvelertak have announced plans for a special live stream show on April 10th, 2020, “Live From Your Living Room”.

The 60-minute band set will be broadcast from the venue Artilleriverkstedet in Norway via website Vierlive at 9pm CET (8pm BST / 2pm CST).

Dark The Suns to release new single “Suru Raivosi Sydämeni Pimeydessä” on May 21st 2020

Finnish legendary melodic metal band Dark The Suns is back after almost ten years. The band released a teaser for the upcoming single “Suru Raivosi Sydämeni Pimeydessä”, which is set to be released on May 21st, 2020, by Inverse Records.

This is the first single from the upcoming fourth album which is set to be released later in 2020.

My Dying Bride - The Ghost of Orion

There’s something endearing in My Dying Bride’s entire discography and existence and that is and that is the fact that they’re one of the few bands of their ilk that started from England, some thirty years ago and managed to maintain their style and heaviness almost entirely intact, unlike Anathema, who turned into an impressive firework that burnt out too soon, leaving only embers in its wake and Paradise Lost, who seem to be going in circles, having forever lost the cool factor and songwriting that their earlier works had.
