Artillery to release “The Last Journey” single as tribute to Morten Stützer on October 16th 2020

On October 16th, 2020, Artillery will release the new song “The Last Journey” - featuring former singers Flemming Rønsdorf and Søren Adamsen - digitally and on vinyl via Metal Blade Records. The B-side features “Trapped Under Ice”, a cover by Metallica.

“The Last Journey” is dedicated to the memory of former Artillery guitarist Morten Stützer, who passed away in October 2019.

Anvil announces live stream metal show on July 4th 2020

Back in February, Canada’s Anvil released a new album “Legal at Last” celebrating the legalization of recreational cannabis use in the country. To support this album, the heavy metallers had a very thorough tour planned in the UK and Germany, with an assortment of other stops along the way. Unfortunately, like everyone else, COVID-19 stopped the tour in its tracks.

After a long and vigorous audition process, Prika Amaral – creator, founding member and guitarist of the band – is thrilled to announce that vocalist Diva Satanica (Bloodhunter), bassist Mia Wallace (Abbath & Triumph Of Death), and drummer Eleni Nota (Mask Of Prospero and Croque Madame) have all joined the force that is Nervosa!
