Billy Clubs to release new EP “Strange Driving” on April 17th 2020

As soon as you push the play button, Billy Clubs punches right into your face. This is a massive wall of sound with a rude blend of heavy monolithic riffs but yet catchy enough melodies. The early HC and punk influence of Billy Clubs is undeniable, but still they manage to bring something new to the table by serving their high-voltage sound with the ingredients of doom, stoner, grunge and purest rock and roll.

Sinner Sinners to release new studio album “Optimism Disorder” on March 7th 2017

After spending the last several years living, performing and thriving in the greater Los Angeles, CA area, punk-influenced French-American rock band Sinner Sinners - founded by husband and wife duo Sam and Steve Thill - have incontrovertibly found their groove.

Slap Betty! - Nothing Out of Nothing

I like a number of Finnish bands, but I’m guessing that Slap Betty won’t be one of them. Imagine a third rate rock n roll band with a silly punk n roll attitude and a big of glitter sprinkled on top, like a bad version of the Backyard Babies or something, with a pretty harsh sounding and rather limited vocalist, who also plays some guitar. I haven’t heard this quartet’s debut (this is their sophomore), but I doubt it could have been much worse. I suppose, however, I should give them props for pissing on that $i$$ymary ex-prime-minister that they had on the opener! Ha ha!
