Blackmore’s Night - All Our Yesterdays

New studio album for Blackmore’s Night, two years after “Dancer and the Moon”. Once again we get some nice folk acoustic pop tracks, with fine melodies and some great performances. Candice’s voice is wonderful as always and the one & only Ritchie still manages to send chill down our spine with his guitar, when he goes electric. I miss Ritchie’s electric days so much and, in truth to be told, Ritchie owes his fans another hard rock album. Can you hear us Ritchie? We want Rainbow back now! Damn it’s been 20 years since the last Rainbow album!

Gregorian to release “Masters of Chant X: The Final Chapter” on November 6th 2015

Gregorian’s incredibly successful “Masters of Chants” saga is going to reach its final chapter this autumn. What started in 1999 turned into a triumphal march for the band and producer Frank Peterson with sales exceeding over 10 million worldwide and being awarded Gold and Platinum in 18 countries. Gregorian certainly is one of the most successful German artists abroad.

Stephen Duros

Hi Stephen… first of all, congrats on “AEAEA”. It’s a really intriguing and stimulating album on the whole.

S: Thank you so much! I appreciate your thoughts on the record.

Do tell us… how did you decide to deal with “Odyssey” on your new album and what’s the main thing that inspired you to write your own story?

S: The poem was inspiring, I wanted to carefully craft a story of my own that involved adventure, love, sadness, and all different kinds of emotions when listening.

Stephen Duros - AEAEA

Stephen Duros is a Greek-American flamenco guitarist. “AEAEA” is his new release (4th full-length), which deals with the mythological island, by the same name, found in the Greek poem “The Odyssey”. Stephen said that the album isn’t about that island per se but it’s mostly like a great starting point for his journey. I couldn’t have said it better! Stephen takes us on a long journey which consists of 12 chapters which are all connected together musically.

Echo Us - II-XII A Priori Memóriae

Echo Us, auspiciously, are heading to the 15th year of existence, so what’s better than celebrate it with a new full-length release, their fourth to date. Echo Us is a kinda “weird” progressive act in general. Their music is mostly influenced by the likes of Alan Parsons, Vangelis, Peter Gabriel and Mike Oldfield. Thus, musically, they are into prog rock, electronic, atmospheric, ambient, folk, ethnic, pop, new age, neoclassical and soundtrack music. The tracks are more parts of a grand music-puzzle rather than songs in the actual term of the word. The sound is very smooth and relaxing too.

Jon Anderson - Gigs in August & Special award in Vegas

Legendary vocalist Jon Anderson, YES's singer/songwriter for 35 years along with his successful work with Vangelis, Kitaro, and Milton Nascimento, will be performing special engagements in the UK, Finland and Sweden in August 2013. The shows promise to deliver an exciting mixture of material from Jon Anderson's prolific solo career, collaborations with Vangelis and classic YES songs, along with new compositions, highlighted by humorous and enlightening stories told by Jon.
