Häxan to release debut album “White Noise” on July 24th 2020

UK powerhouse rock band Häxan have unveiled details of their hotly anticipated debut album “White Noise”.

Taking the decision to release the album during the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19, this is sure to lift rock fans spirits and dare us to embrace who we are and what we are capable of when we are backed in to a corner.

RED - Declaration

Well, I was never the biggest fan of alt/groove/nu/bro metal, with only a few tracks ever catching my fancy – but a genre I’ve also been rather uninterested in is extreme Christian metal. I mean, I’ll take some Stryper or the occasional power/neoclassical white metal bands (Joshua, Golden Resurrection etc.), but I hardly feel like I need spiritual guidance and catechesis.

Pearl Jam - Gigaton

It’s almost endearing how the masses will more usually be endeared towards BS, rather than brilliance… but I guess due to timing, circumstance and a strong single, Pearl Jam managed to explode into the public’s consciousness in the early 90s, as part of the grunge rage, which took the rock world by storm then only to implode shortly thereafter. Never managing to outdo their first few albums, the band’s only saved by their work ethic and heavy touring, as they’re one if not the only of their peers who are still alive and going on.

The Sword to release two compilation albums “Conquest of Kingdoms” and “Chronology 2006–2018” on June 5th 2020

It’s been two years since the Austin, Texas heavy rockers decided to take a break, but The Sword are unsheathed once more: Two career-spanning collections will be released simultaneously, both showcasing the technically dazzling, riff-heavy and far-reaching metal that the band has been known for since forming 15 years ago.
