US Progressive Metal pioneers and innovators Psychotic Waltz return in full original line-up with their highly anticipated 5th studio album and first new music in 23 years. Entitled “The God-Shaped Void”, the upcoming new album and InsideOut Music debut will be released on February 14th, 2020.

Solarys to release new studio album “Endless Clockworks” on December 20th 2019

Spanish prog/power/heavy metal combo Solarys are glad to announce that they have signed a deal with WormHoleDeath for the release of their album “Endless Clockworks”.

The album has been recorded at RealSound Studio (Parma, Italy) and it will be out on December 20th, 2019, via Wormholedeath/Wormholedeath USA.

Pre-order will be available on December 6th, 2019.

Dream Theater launch official animation video for “At Wit’s End”

Dream Theater twice Grammy-nominated and millions-selling progressive music titans, are set to begin the South American leg of their “Distance Over Time Tour - Celebrating 20 Years Of Scenes From A Memory” this week.

To celebrate, the video for the track “At Wit’s End” has been launched, taken from the CD/Blu-Ray edition of their latest album “Distance Over Time”.

Sonus Corona release music video for new single “Illusions”

Sonus Corona is a progressive metal band from Turku, Finland. The band combines intense musical atmospheres accompanied with heavy riffs and strong melodies and relies on stellar songwriting. They say they have been heavily influenced by Haken, Toto, Tool, Dream Theater and Leprous.

The band released a new music video for “Illusions”, which is an all-acoustic track. Watch the video below.

German Progressive Metallers Vanden Plas have been going on for quite a long time. Actually they are one of the very few bands that could really boast their original line-up after nearly three decades. They’ve been very focus and artistically driven, with some nine releases in that period, always characterized by a heavy mid-tempo melodic sound for most of the time, which they have become masters of.

Vision Divine - When All the Heroes are Dead

Vision Divine are an unlucky bunch. They were mostly active in the earlier part of their career producing albums almost every other year, since their conception, while “When All the Heroes...” is the first album in more than seven years. Also after having people like Fabio Lione and Michelle Luppi manning the mic on your albums, replacing them with Derdian’s Ivan Giannini, who is by all means not bad, but has a more prominent accent and is a little less agile, vocally feels like a slight setback.
