Denver, USA’s Pile Of Priests has just signed with Extreme Metal Music a subsidiary of Italy’s Rockshots Records for the release of their self titled album.

Sweden’s finest modern metal heroes Amaranthe have entered the studio in Denmark to start working on the recording of their new album - just one hour before the Danish borders were closed!

Swedish visionary metallers Soilwork have released a brand new song called “Desperado”. It is the second instalment in Soilwork’s “Feverish” trilogy, which might also eventually end up becoming a so far unknown entity.

French melodic death metal unit Temnein will release their third full-length, “Tales of Humanity and Greed” this Spring.
 

Italian black/doom metal band Forgotten Tomb will release a new studio album titled “Nihilistic Estrangement” on May 8th, 2020, via Agonia Records.

This will be the band’s tenth full-length album and follow up to “We Owe You Nothing” from three years ago. 

The album’s cover artwork is a painting, specifically drawn for this release by artist Paolo Girardi (Power Trip, Bell Witch, Inquisition). It complements the misanthropic and introvert nature of music and lyrics alike. 

The chronicle has officially begun as metal quintet Wars have announced the release of “Only Monsters” and “A Fog of Feeling”. The combination of which are named “Chapter One” and lead with a Herculean strength that leaves the ear embedded in an intoxicating sonic cliff hanger setting the scene for the following chapters, which will result in the forthcoming album “A Hundred Shivers”, which is scheduled for release in 2021 via A Wolf At Your Door Records.
