Brit progressive metal combo Fjords have just set loose the stunning video for the track “Prometheus”, which lifted from their killer new album, “Onirica”, out everywhere on Friday 22nd November.

Today, Alcest release their 6th studio album and Nuclear Blast debut “Spiritual Instinct” upon the world. To celebrate, the band has unveiled a studio documentary titled “La lumière autant que l’ombre”, accompanied with the acoustic instrumental version of their new track “Protection”, which was recorded by Neige and can also be found exclusively as a bonus track on select versions of the album. In February and March 2020 Alcest will hit the road again, this time in support of their upcoming studio album “Spiritual Instinct” that will see the light of day on October 25th, 2019.

After recently revealing their first single “Protection” and performing a genre-crossing set with Perturbator this week, French sound wizards Alcest are ready to present the second single off their upcoming sixth studio album titled “Spiritual Instinct”.

On October 25th, Alcest will once again open the gateways to the otherworldly and release their sixth studio album titled “Spiritual Instinct”.

Recorded at the French Drudenhaus Studios and written in bursts both during and after a prolonged period of touring in support of 2016’s hugely successful “Kodama”, the new album - the first to be released via Nuclear Blast - will lead the blackgaze pioneers into dark soundscapes full of spiritual catharsis.
 

After a long and intensive work period at Drudenhaus Studios, Alcest can finally announce that they have finished the recordings of their sixth studio album. The first long-player to appear under their new label, Nuclear Blast, is titled “Spiritual Instinct” and will see the light of day on October 25th, 2019, leading the band into darker yet still dreamy and spiritually profound soundscapes.
 

Alcest have signed to Nuclear Blast Records and are currently working on their 6th, as of yet untitled, studio album.

2 Wolves is set to release their 4th studio album “...Our Fault” on April 12th, 2019 via Inverse Records.

This gothic metal band comes from South Karelia, Finland. Since their formation in 2010, the band has released three studio albums. With elements from melodic death metal and doom metal, and inspiration from Finnish melancholy and nature, 2 Wolves create their sound.

The album was recorded, mixed & mastered by Saku Moilanen at Deep Noise Studios.
