Stepson to release debut full-length album “Help Me, Help You” on March 26th 2021

Stepson the high-octane punk/hardcore outfit from Brisbane, Australia, have revealed new details regarding their forthcoming full-length. “Help Me, Help You” will be released worldwide on March 26th, 2021, via SharpTone Records. 

The band has also shared the video for the new single “Deeper Sleep”. Watch the video below.

Purgatory to release new studio album “Lawless to Grave” on April 9th 2021

Midwest hardcore band, Purgatory, announced that their sophomore full-length “Lawless to Grave” is due out on April 9th, 2021, via Unbeaten Records.

The Armed to release new studio album “Ultrapop” on April 16th 2021

The Armed have announced a new album, “Ultrapop”, available on April 16th, 2021, via Sargent House - their first album with the label. Featuring work from Mark Lanegan and Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen this is the first album co-produced by the band’s own Dan Greene in collaboration with Ben Chisholm (Chelsea Wolfe).

Thirdface to release debut full-length album “Do It With A Smile” on March 5th 2021

Rising from Nashville, TN, Thirdface will release their full-length debut, “Do It With A Smile”, on March 5th, 2021, via Exploding In Sound Records (Pile, Ovlov, Big Ups). The band celebrated the announcement with the release of the album’s first single, “Villains!”, a barnburner of a track that lures in the listener with a swirling bass line before the band’s distinctive guitars and rigorous drumming burst in to display the full power of Thirdface’s grinding hardcore.

Sepultura welcomes Frédéric Leclercq and Marcello Pompeu to the last SepulQuarta of 2020

This Saturday December 19th will see a new episode of Sepultura’s SepulQuarta series. 

The Brazilian metal heavyweights will welcome Frédéric Leclercq and Marcello Pompeu, who will join the band for a quarantine jam session, performing “Slaves of Pain” from Sepultura’s “Bneath the Remains” album (1989).

UK Tech-Fest to take place in early July 2021

UK Tech-Fest has announced its return to the Newark showground on July 1st-5th, 2021, carrying over much of the 2020 line-up, with some exciting new additions.

Progressive metal giants The Ocean Collective will headline the Saturday and US metalcore-djent quintet Reflections make their UK debut to headline the Friday (UK Exclusive), as per 2020’s line up. Sunday will now be headlined by Texas metal powerhouse Upon A Burning Body.

Sepultura to perform quarantine version of “Slave New World” with Matt Heafy on this week’s SepulQuarta

This Saturday December 5th will see a new episode of Sepultura’s SepulQuarta series. The Brazilian metal heavyweights will welcome Matt Heafy from Trivium, who will join the band for a quarantine jam session, performing “Slave New World” from Sepultura's “Chaos A.D.” album (1993).

For the live Q&A section Sepultura will be joined by Brazilian music journalists Gastao Moreira and Ricardo Batalha.

Sepultura welcomes celebrity chefs Chris Santos & Henrique Fogaca to this week’s SepulQuarta session

There’s a new day of the week for Sepultura’s Sepulquarta series! From this Saturday onwards, the Brazilian metal heavyweights will welcome guests for talks and jam sessions starting at 8pm GMT.

On November 21st, American chef Chris Santos and Brazilian chef Henrique Fogaca will join the band for a live Q&A. Sepultura will perform a quarantine version of their song “Arise” and launch an exclusive partnership, teaming up with the Talking Bollocks Podcast.
