Napalm Death to release new studio album “Throes of Joy in the Jaws of Defeatism” on September 18th 2020

U.K. grindcore pioneers Napalm Death are delighted to announce their upcoming studio album, “Throes of Joy in the Jaws of Defeatism”, is slated for a September 18th, 2020, release via Century Media Records.

“Throes of Joy in the Jaws of Defeatism”, the band’s highly-anticipated follow-up to Napalm Death’s critically-acclaimed 2015 album, “Apex Predator – Easy Meat”, was again recorded with long time producer Russ Russell and features artwork by Frode Sylthe.

Canadian deathcore pioneers Despised Icon are back to reveal their 6th full-length album, “Purgatory”, which will be released on November 15th, 2019, via Nuclear Blast.

Today, the band releases the first single and title track from the album. Directed and produced by Jessy Fuchs of Les Films 37 Superkick, the video can be seen below.
