Torchia to release new studio album “The Coven” on March 27th 2020

Finnish death metallers Torchia have just inked a record deal with Rockshots Records for the release of their sophomore album “The Coven”, coming out on March 27th, 2020.

Arising from the inner darkness of composer and lyricist Ville Riitamaa, Torchia takes inspiration from a multitude of metal subgenres and their mission is to revitalize the genre of melodic death metal by bringing in a sense of danger and unpredictability.

Turmion Kätilöt signs with Nuclear Blast and announces new album “Global Warning”

The world’s biggest metal label, Nuclear Blast, has signed Finnish industrial metal stars Turmion Kätilöt.

The Germany based record label will release the group’s next album which was quietly recorded during the last couple of months. The record, entitled “Global Warning”, will be released on April 17th, 2020, and according to the band it sounds “f*cking great”.

Finland’s dark rockers The 69 Eyes recently announced that they will release their 12th studio album on September 13th, 2019. Right in time for their 30th band anniversary, “West End” will see the light of day, so prepare for 11 up-tempo rock anthems full of heaviness, black memento mori moments and dark humour featuring several top-notch guest vocalists including Cradle Of Filth’s Dani Filth, Wednesday 13 and Beastö Blancö’s Calico Cooper.

Battle Beast unleash official lyric video for “The Golden Horde”

Finnish heavy metal sextet Battle Beast released their new album “No More Hollywood Endings” last week via Nuclear Blast Records.
