Chronus to release self-titled debut album on October 28th 2017 in Europe

Hailing from Helsingborg, Sweden, Chronus is an exalted quartet formed in 2015 and led by the Baron. Young, fresh and visionary, they carry the metal torch with astonishing maturity.

Delivering a majestic performance filled with striking melodies and hard-hitting riffs, Chronus have been compared to the likes of Mastodon and Gojira.

Vocalist/guitarist the Baron, dressed in white, embodies a voice reminisent of Ozzy Osbourne, complementing the work of his three black-clad associates.

Hail Spirit Noir - Mayhem in Blue

Hail Spirit Noir is a Greek trio, often augmented by guests, who claim to perform psychedelic prog Black Metal. While they indeed ape all the phych sounds fairly well, their rock/prog inclinations are too structured, too orthodox, only marred by the odd atmosphere, or a few chaotic or more extreme metallic moments here and there, to really appreciate this as a true acid trip.

The Neal Morse Band - Alive Again

Neal Morse used to be in prog darling Spock’s Beard and also in the highly regarded super-prog formation Transatlantic. Following an epiphany or something the already religious Morse was re-born again as a “christian”, leaving the band he was in and embarking on a solo career, with a bunch of rather tiresome, quite acoustic oriented albums and some a bit closer to his prog pedigree, depending on which one we’re talking about.

The Neal Morse Band to release new studio album “The Similitude of a Dream” on November 11th 2016

The journey of Neal Morse has seen three decades of musical accomplishments, the latest being the inception of The Neal Morse Band. Morse has forged many relationships over the years with his other bands, Spock’s Beard, Flying Colors, and Transatlantic. However, the most compelling and fruitful efforts have been those with drummer Mike Portnoy (The Winery Dogs, Flying Colors, Transatlantic, ex-Dream Theater).

You Bred Raptors?

Hi Peat… please present the band on Grande Rock, so that anyone unfamiliar with You Bred Raptors? will get an idea about the band…
P: You Bred Raptors? is a three piece busking band in NYC. We get legal permits to entertain and annoy commuters as they transfer trains. The band has 8 string bass (me), a cello, drums and two glockenspiels. We collectively said “Fuck singers and fuck guitarists”, though not in that order. We score films, play as a pit orchestra from time to time and incorporate circus juggling into our shows (also me) because why the hell not?
