Suppressive Fire to release “Bedlam” on January 14th 2016

North Carolina Death Thrashers Suppressive Fire will release debut album “Bedlam” on January 14th, 2016.

The album was mixed and mastered by Joel Grind (Toxic Holocaust) and features art by Par Olofsson (Exodus, Abysmal Dawn).

Suppressive Fire channels the old school fury of bands like Kreator, Exodus, Death, and Sodom in creating its own brand of scorched-earth devastation.

Vreid to release “Sólverv” on October 9th 2015

The Norwegian Grammy nominated Vreid venture back to their roots on their 7th album titled “Sólverv”. Cold dissonance and feverish melodies embellish this opus. Inspired by the blood heritage of Hváll who, alongside his fellow band members, hails from the deep valleys of Sogndal in Norway; a place where his ancestors fought and died to preserve their precious land. “Sólverv” is an epic milestone for this tyrannical brigade!

Abiotic announces headline tour for September 2015

Abiotic will be back on tour beginning September 4th, 2015! The Florida natives heading out on a two week trek and will be joined by Reaping Asmodeia on shows beginning September 7th. More dates are still TBA, and the confirmed listing is below.

Abiotic released their sophomore album “Casuistry” in April on Metal Blade Records. It cracked two of the Billboard Charts and landed at #50 on the Current Hard Music Album Chart and #68 on the Billboard New Artist Chart.

Nicole Ansperger leaves Eluveitie

It is with great regret that Eluveitie have to announce the departure of their violin player Nicole Ansperger. They have enjoyed a wonderful year of adventures with Nicole, circling the globe and completing the first part of the “Origins” world tour together - their biggest, longest and most successful one yet.

Temple Of Baal to release “Mysterium” on October 2nd 2015

French Black/Death metal veterans, Temple Of Baal, have set “Mysterium” as the title of their next full-length album, due on October 2nd, 2015 via Agonia Records, and “Divine Scythe” as the first single to be released. The song, which features guest vocals by Georges Balafas (Drowning, Eibon, Decline Of The I) is available for listening below.

Gehtika reveals “A Monster in Mourning” cover artwork

The English midlands extreme metal quintet recently revealed details about their forthcoming release, “A Monster in Mourning”, slated for release 17th August 2015. Now Gehtika have unveiled the album artwork which can be seen below.

“The artwork was created by an insanely talented friend of ours, Scott Davidson”, states vocalist Anthony Knight. “We worked with him on our "Impossible Question" EP and the "Stack The Pyres" single so, as with the the Owen Davies, our album producer, we had to go back to him for this”.
