Blackened death metal force Night Crowned announced the release of their highly anticipated sophomore studio album “Hädanfärd” on July 9th, 2021, via Noble Demon.

After finishing the recordings for their debut album, Italian Death Blacksters Deathcvlt have now revealed its first details. Simply titled “Deathcvlt”, the album features artwork created by Riv of Aggrezzor Production, while the official logo is made by legend Christophe Szpajdel.

Behold! Arise! Vast distances from Earth’s dimension, in a galaxy millions of light-years away, the Wizardthrone resurges! Traversing vivid sci-fi multiverses in the spirit of H.P. Lovecraft via comprehensively established technical death, power and symphonic black metal, “Hypercube Necrodimensions” (out on July 16th, 2021, via Napalm Records) is a bombastic journey through hyperspace and otherworldly realities.

From Xes, voice of Black Metal masters Infernal Angels comes Deathcvlt, an Extreme project that represents a return to the roots of Swedish Death Metal sound combined with the morbosity of Melodic Black Metal. The band is completed by Ulag from Osselition on guitar and bass and Bestia on drums from the same Infernal Angels for an essential line-up destined to burn the stages in the next autumn.

Satyricon’s first album, “Dark Medieval Times”, was released in the autumn of 1993 followed by its successor, “The Shadowthrone”, only eight months later. These pioneering pieces of art marked a start of a Black Metal evolution and have influenced the genre ever since. Both records will now be released as remixed and remastered reissues with altered cover artworks, on May 28th, 2021, via Napalm Records.

Singapore-based Death Metal newcomers Adarrak will release debut album “Ex Oriente Lux” on May 27th, 2021, via Satanath Records (physical) and Blood Blast Distribution (digital).

The album's first single, “Bereft”, will be released on April 1st. A teaser video for “Bereft” is available below.

Greek extreme metal horde Karma Violens are set to return with their fourth full-length album, “Mount of the Congregation”.

The band’s most straightforward release to date, “Mount of the Congregation” features 13 tracks of scathing blackened death/thrash.
 
“Mount of the Congregation” was recorded and mixed by Karma Violens at Symbolic Studios and mastered at Hertz Studios (Behemoth, Decapitated). Artwork for the album was created by Remedy Art Design (Evergrey, Suffocation, Oceans of Slumber).

Black Metal unit Ninkharsag has announced the release of their highly anticipated, sophomore full length album. “The Dread March of Solemn Gods” will be out on April 30th, 2021, through Berlin’s finest home for blackened underground music, Vendetta Records!

Behemoth – arguably the biggest extreme metal band in the world – have extended and expanded their contract with Nuclear Blast, who will now distribute the group’s music worldwide outside of their home country. The group originally signed with Nuclear Blast Europe prior to the release of 2009’s “Evangelion”, but their forthcoming album – which is tentatively set for an autumn 2021 release – will be their first to be released by the label outside of the Old Continent.

Ohio natives Plaguewielder are back with their third album, “Covenant Death”. Expanding on the sounds captured on previous releases, the band has formed into a pulverizing force. “Covenant Death” is the expressions of sadness through suffering and the anger that follows closely behind. The album's cover art, a brief teaser, and more have been issued.
