Death Angel announced for MTV Headbangers Ball Tour 2018 with Sodom

After the success of last year's concept tour, it's returning in 2018 once again - “MTV Headbangers Ball” on tour!

This year the concert reincarnation of the 80's cult TV show has managed to get Sodom, Death Angel and Suicidal Angels on their respective tour buses for a 16 date run - including a show at London's Electric Ballroom.

Hatchet to release new studio album “Dying to Exist” on June 22nd 2018

Bay Area Metal staples Hatchet have released the video for “Desire for Oppression”, the first single from their new LP “Dying to Exist” in stores on June 22nd, 2018, via Combat Records/EMP Label Group.

Defiatory to release new studio album “Hades Rising” on May 11th 2018

Swedish thrashers Defiatory are about to release their second album, titled “Hades Rising”.

The album marks the continuation of the band's collaboration with Black Lion Records, following up their debut release “Extinct”, released in 2016.

“Hades Rising” carries on from the aggressive thrash metal sound established on the debut album, evolving into more rhythmic and melodic sessions, granting more variety without losing focus on what is important in the old school style of thrash metal.

Trauma announces April 2018 US Tour

Last year, Bay Area thrash vets Trauma announced their long-awaited comeback and new member additions.

In advance of finishing their upcoming third album, Trauma are set to hit the road on a brief headline tour beginning April 13 in Cool, CA.

Additional east coast and midwestern dates have also been added.

Game Over to release new studio album “Claiming Supremacy” on November 17th 2017

Thrash Metal heroes Game Over are going to release their new album “Claiming Supremacy” on November 17th, 2017, via Scarlet Records.

The album has been mixed and mastered by Joel Grind (Toxic Holocaust), who has previously worked with Midnight, SunnO))), Poison Idea, Integrity and many more.

“Claiming Supremacy”, which will be released in Japan by Marquee, will also be available in a vinyl version limited to 500 copies.
