Ages to release new studio album “Uncrown” on August 21st 2020

The torch-bearers of melodic black metal, Ages, return with their new album “Uncrown” on August 21st, 2020, via Black Lodge Records.

Formed during the harsh Swedish winter of 2011, Ages released their critically acclaimed debut “The Malefic Miasma” in 2015. Biding their time to craft something really unique, the five year long wait is finally over and their sophomore effort “Uncrown” sees the light of day. 

In Mourning to re-release “Monolith” on July 24th 2020

Sweden’s melodic, progressive death/doom metallers In Mourning, will re-release their sophomore studio album, “Monolith”, on July 24th, 2020, via Agonia Records.

The album is coming to CD and three different double LP formats. In anticipation of the re-release, the song “The Smoke” has been made available for a free download on Bandcamp, here.

Ruadh to release new studio album “The Rock of the Clyde” on May 22nd 2020

Ruadh (which is pronounced “Roo-Ah” and translates to “red”) is an Atmospheric Black Metal solo-project from Glasgow, Scotland.

Drawing from the vast well of history, culture and mythology, musician and songwriter Tom Perrett set out to compose music purely to taste, creating an unmistakable atmosphere with the beating heart of old school Black Metal favourites of his, such as Windir, Bathory, Burzum and others, which should also appeal to fans of Saor, Winterfylleth, Panopticon and similar acts.

Dismalimerence to release debut full-length album “Tome: 1” on June 26th 2020

Chicago-based black metal horde Dismalimerence will release its debut full-length album - “Tome: 1” - this summer via Transcending Records.

The album’s first single is now streaming courtesy of Atmospheric Black Metal. Check out “Negligence of the Forgotten” below.

Transcending Records will release “Tome: 1” on June 26th, 2020, on vinyl (black and gold marble editions), CD and digital formats.
