Bottomless signs with Spikerot Records

Spikerot Records is extremely stoked to announce the signing of Bottomless, the brand new project formed by Giorgio Trombino and David Lucido, respectively guitar/vocals and drums (together in Assumption, Undead Creep, Haemophagus, Morbo and others) and by Sara Bianchin (Messa, Restos Humanos) on bass.

Bottomless play nothing but unadulterated Doom Metal in the vein of the ancient masters Black Sabbath, Saint Vitus, Pentagram, Trouble, The Obsessed.

Shadows to release self-titled debut EP on February 26th 2021

Hailing from Philadelphia, US, the newly launched avant-garde/doom metal quartet Shadows, led by Alex Bouks (Immolation, Goreaphobia)  and comprising former Goreaphobia musicians, has announced the details surrounding its self-titled EP, set for release on February 26th, 2021, via Agonia Records.

Byron to release debut album “The Omega Evangelion” on March 26th 2021

Byron is a melodic heavy metal band from Finland founded in 2019 as a one-man studio project, now standing as a full-grown band. Byron mixes its eclectic sound with influences from various genres, such as occult rock and doom, topping it with themes and imagery of the arcane and the occult.

Marianas Rest to release new studio album “Fata Morgana” on March 12th 2021

Emerging from the Finnish coastal town of Kotka, melodic death/doom metal strikers Marianas Rest will unleash their third studio album, “Fata Morgana”, on March 12th, 2021, via Napalm Records.

In anticipation, they have just unveiled the first single from the album, entitled “Glow from the Edge”, along with a moving official video.
 

Draconian reschedule 2021 European Tour to March 2022

Draconian have rescheduled their 2021 European tour with Nightfall to March 2022.

Comments the band:
“Unsurprisingly due to the pandemic situation, we’re forced to reschedule the European tour from 2021 to 2022. There were a few changes but most of the cities and venues are maintained. All tickets bought for the 2021 tour will remain valid for the new dates in 2022. We hope to see all of you on tour. Finally”.
