Sonata Arctica announces Fall & Winter 2021 European Headlining Tour and first acoustic album

Finnish melodic metallers Sonata Arctica are a band with a unique sound, touched by a hint of melancholy. Today, the band announces the release of their first acoustic album, “Acoustic Adventures - Volume One”, to be released in October 2021, through Nuclear Blast Tonträger Produktions. “Acoustic Adventures - Volume One” will be followed by a second acoustic record, to be released in 2022.

Maestros of modern melodic/symphonic metal Temperance are back one year after the release of their vibrant album, “Viridian”, with an acoustic gift to their fans! After many years of band history and tours with genre giants like Nightwish, Luca Turilli’s Rhapsody, and Tarja, Temperance will release their acoustic EP, “Melodies of Green and Blue”, on February 19th, 2021 – including two brand new songs, “Evelyn” and “Paint the World”.

Steelwings sign with Sliptrick Records and announce new studio album Back”

Sliptrick Records are glad to announce that Swedish Hard Rock Veterans Steelwings have joined the label’s roster.

Steelwings hail from Sweden and play classic hard rock/heavy metal with roots firmly from the 80’s. They were formed in 1982 and were part of the FWOSHM (First Wave Of Swedish Heavy Metal) being very active throughout the 80’s and at the beginning of the 90’s. The band played a lot of gigs during this time and much of their material was recorded and released in different forms.
