UK modern instrumental prog trio The Parallax Method return with a hypnotic new video for their blistering track, “You Gotta Be Squiddin’ Me!”, which will arrive on Wednesday 5th September, 2018.

The Parallax Method were formed in 2014 and feature Danny Beardsley (guitars), Dave Wright (drums) and Ben Edis (bass). Pooling from a slew of areas panning from modern prog and metal, through to classic rock, the band collectively possess an impressive encyclopaedia of music. Their musical endeavours have garnered prominent exposure from the likes of Scuzz TV, Classic Rock Magazine, Prog Magazine, Kerrang, Metal Hammer, and Planet Rock.

To date, The Parallax Method have released 2015's debut concept EP “The Owl”, and 2017's follow-up EP “The Squid”; both releases spawned rampant praise from a host of media outlets, such as Prog Magazine, Rhythm Magazine, and Classic Rock, to name just a few. The progsters kick on again with a new video for “You Gotta Be Squiddin' Me!”.

Guitarist Danny Beardsley comments about the single: “"You Gotta Be Squiddin’ Me!" is a high energy track featuring odd time signatures, polyrhythms and exotic melodies. In true Parallax fashion, you'll glide through multiple soundscapes, much like the video”.

With festival appearances lined up for summertime, The Parallax Method will be sure to bring their unique blend of prog madness to the party.
