Voyager announces September 2019 UK Tour

Voyager UK & EU Tour 2019 poster
If there is one word to describe Voyager’s most current form, it is colourful. Voyager have truly come into their own in recent years, crafting a path of success both on and off stage. Most recent performances include an almost sold out headline tour across Australia, opening main stage Download Festival Australia, and a national Australian tour with Twelve Foot Ninja.

Voyager have now announced a short trip to the Northern Hemisphere in September 2019 to get heads turning in preparation for their forthcoming album.

Album details and pre-orders will be announced in due course via the band’s new label Season of Mist.

The band’s  expedition commences at Space Rocks, where Voyager are set to put on an out of this world performance. They join Anathema and Amplifier in the Space Rocks Live session and will perform at the Indigo2.

Following this festival, the band will perform their own intimate headline show at London’s 229 followed by shows in Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester, before heading to Euroblast (Germany) and Progpower Festival (Netherlands).

Danny Estrin, vocalist and keytarist of Voyager muses about coming back to Europe, says:
“We’re coming back to give Europe a taste of what’s to come for our new album. Just a taste though. Two London performances in two nights? Challenge accepted. Returning to two of our favourite festivals? Accepted. And just how could we turn down performing alongside Anathema at the prestigious Indigo2 where the Metal Hammer Golden Gods have been held? Well, the answer is that we couldn’t - so we’ll be seeing you all very soon for a special run of intimate shows in the UK to prepare everyone for our new album. It’s going to be colourful”.

The genre-transfiguring act blend new-romantic and 80’s infused vocals, keytar solos, technical yet melodic fretwork, groovy bass and bombastic drumming efforts. All of which make Voyager the pop/prog/power/rock/metal force that they are renowned as today.
