W.A.S.P. announces “Re-Idolized: The 25th Anniversary of The Crimson Idol” World Tour 2017

2017 marks 25th years from the original release of the acclaimed album “The Crimson Idol” by W.A.S.P..

Recognized worldwide as the band's landmark recording, W.A.S.P. will commemorate the release of that historic album by performing it in its entirety: “Re-Idolized: The 25th Anniversary of The Crimson Idol” World Tour.

The tour will feature the complete album, as well as the 3 missing songs originally intended to be part of those recordings. The show will be done in two parts, with the first being “The Crimson Idol”, and part two being a collection of greatest hits.

Danko Jones signs with AFM Records & announces new album “Wild Cat” and European Tour 2017

AFM Records is proud to announce the signing of Canadian Rock act Danko Jones to a worldwide deal (except Canada).

After having reached their highest chart positions to date in a handful of territories with their previous album “Fire Music” and having been awarded Gold & Platinum singles in Sweden, Danko return with their new masterpiece, “Wild Cat”, once again produced by Juno Award winning producer Eric Ratz.

“Wild Cat” is due for release on March 3rd, 2017, worldwide through eOne in Canada and AFM Records/Bad Taste Records in the rest of the world.

Sonata Arctica announces early European Tour 2017

Finnish melodic metal giants, Sonata Arctica, finished their European tour with Swedish adventure metallers Twilight Force last Saturday with a sold out show at Zeche in Bochum, Germany. On this tour, the Finns presented their latest record titled “The Ninth Hour” (#2 Finland, #7 Sweden (Rock/Metal), #18 Switzerland, #22 Germany, #43 Austria among others) live on European soil for the first time.

After Sonata Arctica's forthcoming North American tour with Leaves' Eyes and Omnium Gatherum, the band will hit European stages once more from February 20th, 2017.

Candiria to release new studio album “While They Were Sleeping” on October 7th 2016

Brooklyn’s musical alchemists Candiria – long-known for fusing metal, hardcore, jazz, and hip-hop in a unique, inimitable blend – will release their new album, “While They Were Sleeping”, via Metal Blade Records on October 7th, 2016.

The album was recorded at Spaceman Sound in Brooklyn by Tom Tierney and Alex Mead-Fox, and produced by Candiria. It’s the band’s first album since 2009′s “Kiss the Lie”.
