King Diamond announces new album “The Institute” and November & December 2019 North American Tour

After introducing a new live show, as well as music, at festivals across Europe this summer, King Diamond is now ready to officially reveal the title and theme for the first studio album in 12 years: “The Institute”!

Fans can expect the debut single to arrive this fall and an album in 2020; in the meantime, a tour teaser with a sneak peak of the new stage set can be viewed below.

Clutch release brand new 2019 studio recording of classic single “Electric Worry”

Clutch announce the release of “Electric Worry”. The single is the third in a series of new studio recordings that comprise the newly launched “Weathermaker Vault Series” and the first new official music Clutch is making available since the release of their critically acclaimed album, “Book of Bad Decisions”.

Alter Bridge share lyric video for new single “In the Deep”

Rock titans Alter Bridge have dropped another lyric video and song from their upcoming release “Walk the Sky” (out on October 18th via Napalm Records). 

“In the Deep” is now available on all digital service providers around the globe and the underwater-themed lyric video for the track can be seen below.

Life Of Agony release music video for new single “Lay Down”

Following their hit single, “Scars”, released last month, Life Of Agony has just unleashed its infectious follow-up “Lay Down” from their forthcoming concept record, “The Sound of Scars”, due out on October 11th, 2019 (Napalm). Lead vocalist Mina Caputo’s intense delivery of the chorus lyrics “I won’t lay down and die”, gives a voice for anyone who has ever been stepped on, used up, and tossed aside.

Despised Icon to release new studio album “Purgatory” on November 15th 2019

Canadian deathcore pioneers Despised Icon are back to reveal their 6th full-length album, “Purgatory”, which will be released on November 15th, 2019, via Nuclear Blast.

Today, the band releases the first single and title track from the album. Directed and produced by Jessy Fuchs of Les Films 37 Superkick, the video can be seen below.

Sonata Arctica releases music video for “Who Failed the Most”

Today, melodic metal titans Sonata Arctica herald the start of the cold season as the group releases their 10th studio album “Talviyö” (Winter Night), via Nuclear Blast.

To mark the occasion, the Finns have launched a brand new music video for “Who Failed the Most”, which was produced by renowned director Patric Ullaeus (rEvolver Film Company; Dimmu Borgir, Enslaved, In Flames etc.).
