Queen Elephantine to release new studio album “Gorgon” on November 8th 2019

The avant-garde post-apocalyptic rock unit Queen Elephantine have revealed the first details about their forthcoming, sixth studio album, titled “Gorgon”. Set for a release on November 8th, 2019, via Argonauta Records, the album’s dissonant riffs will pull you down a river of unearthly atmospheres, guided by the incantations of sardonic fakirs, unravelling their final sermon before the cosmos combusts.

Tropical Fuck Storm share new official video for “The Happiest Guy Around”

Tropical Fuck Storm, who wrap up their North American tour with a trio of shows this week (Montreal, Boston and New York), debut “The Happiest Guy Around” video. Watch the video below.

The video is the third clip to come from the band’s recently released sophomore album, “Braindrops” (Joyful Noise Recording, order here), with the Australian outfit previously sharing videos for “Braindrops”, “Who’s My Eugene?” and “The Planet of Strawmen”.

Tombstones In Their Eyes to release new studio album “Maybe Someday” on November 15th 2019

Los Angeles’ indie psych rock outfit Tombstones In Their Eyes present the 2-track single “Open Skies”, previewing their new album “Maybe Someday”.

The b-side is an alternative version of “Dreams”, the final track off the new long-play. Tombstones create walls of sound that are simultaneously sonorous and hazy. These are cavernous, stoner lullabies that descend into post-rock soundscapes and are wrapped in dark shoegazing dreamscapes.

Spielbergs to release new EP “Running all the way Home” on October 25th 2019

Running all the way Home” marks Spielbergs’ first new music since the release of their critically acclaimed debut album “This is not the End”, earlier this year. Pile share new version of the track “My Employer”

Today, ahead of their September EU/UK tour, Pile have shared a new version of their album track “My Employer”.

Speaking about the new version, frontman Rick Maguire, says: “This is the version of the song that generally sits better with the rest of our live set. Because I still feel strongly about the song’s sentiment, I really appreciate that it’s form carries some dynamic versatility”.

Tropical Fuck Storm share music video for new single “Braindrops”

Ahead of the release of their new album “Braindrops” on Friday, Tropical Fuck Storm keep it freaky with the new video for the title track, which makes its way from the race track to skeletor and Pikachu getting beheaded by magical swords and a clay wolf demon.
