King Diamond announces new album “The Institute” and November & December 2019 North American Tour

After introducing a new live show, as well as music, at festivals across Europe this summer, King Diamond is now ready to officially reveal the title and theme for the first studio album in 12 years: “The Institute”!

Fans can expect the debut single to arrive this fall and an album in 2020; in the meantime, a tour teaser with a sneak peak of the new stage set can be viewed below.

Bloody Times release lyric video for “Alliance” feat. Ross The Boss

German heavy metal band, Bloody Times, have released a new lyric video for “Alliance”, featuring Ross The Boss (ex-Manowar) on guitars.

The track is taken of the album “On A Mission”, which was released in January 2019, and features Ross The Boss (ex-Manowar), John Greely (ex-Iced Earth) and Raphael Saini (ex-Iced Earth).

Blind Guardian Twilight Orchestra launch lyric for new single “Point of No Return”

Promising to be one of the most ambitious projects in metal history, Blind Guardian’s forthcoming release will be well worth the wait. The idea of recording an orchestral album originally formed in the minds of the two leading lights of the Blind Guardian universe - guitarist André Olbrich and singer Hansi Kürsch - during the 1990’s when Blind Guardian started to use orchestral elements to enhance their opulent sound. The monumental project started to take shape over recent years, and mirroring its epic sound cascades, the lyrical concept was developed.

Sonata Arctica releases music video for “Who Failed the Most”

Today, melodic metal titans Sonata Arctica herald the start of the cold season as the group releases their 10th studio album “Talviyö” (Winter Night), via Nuclear Blast.

To mark the occasion, the Finns have launched a brand new music video for “Who Failed the Most”, which was produced by renowned director Patric Ullaeus (rEvolver Film Company; Dimmu Borgir, Enslaved, In Flames etc.).

The new 8 track album was mixed and mastered by Andy La Rocque at his Sonic Train Studios and is scheduled to be released September 13th, 2019, via Dissonance Productions.

Wind Rose release music video for new single “Drunken Dwarves”

Dwarven Army Wind Rose add another chapter to their epic, story-filled new album, “Wintersaga”, by releasing “Drunken Dwarves” today via Napalm Records. The track is a follow-up of their popular first single, “Diggy Diggy Hole”, which recently crossed five million views on YouTube. “Drunken Dwarves” talks about exactly what the name suggests: drunken, mead-filled nights, starting a tavern brawl, and singing and partying until they fall (asleep, hopefully).
