Whitesnake announces new studio album “Flesh & Blood” and Summer 2018 North American Tour with Foreigner

Whitesnake have set to release their new studio album, which is titled “Flesh & Blood”, in early 2018, via Frontiers Music Srl.

Whitesnake will celebrate the release of “Flesh & Blood” by embarking on the “Juke Box Heroes Tour” next Summer with Foreigner and Jason Bonham.

David Coverdale says: “We are truly excited & looking forward to playing in 2018 with Foreigner and my dear friend, the exceptional Jason Bonham, on their North American tour”.

Cats In Space - Scarecrow

I was surprised, scratch that, amazed, when I heard the debut album by UK sextet Cats In Space, who feature in their ranks a number of seasoned musicians who had success in decades past but only came together a couple of years ago to form this new band. Taking only a year they came up with an equally amazing album as their debut, if not better. Their 70s classic rock, with big hooks and AOR sensibilities owes a lot to Kansas and Boston as it does to ELO and 10CC, but all their influences are accumulated perfectly and their identity is quite unique in its own right.

Cats In Space to release new studio album “Scarecrow” on August 25th 2017

UK AOR/Pomp Rockers Cats In Space have released a music video for “Mad Hatter's Tea Party”.

The song is taken from the band's forthcoming album “Scarecrow” - the follow up to 2015's “Too Many Gods”, due out on August 25th, 2017, and a national tour is confirmed for September. The video can be viewed below.

The Night Flight Orchestra - Amber Galactic

Firstly, once word of advice, if you want to do Disco/AOR influenced stuff, where the funk are you going with such a snare and bass drum sounds?! Also, no matter what, despite Björn “Speed” Strid’s “clean” efforts in Soilwork’s “sell-out” albums, (post “Predator’s Portrait”), he’s an average vocalist… you should hire a guy who can sing, as this genre more than any other one has some of the most impressive vocalists.

Circle to release new studio album “Terminal” on June 23rd 2017

Circle is the very definition of genre-defying; a rare feat for any band, but effortlessly achieved by this prolific Finnish collective.

Circle's latest album “Terminal”, confirmed for release on June 23rd, 2017, through Southern Lord, is pure hedonistic pleasure.

The “Terminal” track “Kill City” can be streamed below.

Brother Firetribe

Hi Pekka and congrats on your new album “Sunbound”. I do think this is your best work to date…
P: Thanks a lot, I think we share the same opinion...!
So do tell us… why did it take you almost 3 years to come up with a new album? Was it something that you had planned? Did it just occur due to the members’ other obligations and especially Emppu?

Night Ranger - Don’t Let Up

It’s rather staggering and dizzying to consider that Night Ranger have sold more than 17 million albums sold worldwide and over 3000 live shows performed, in their quite long career. Being accomplished musicians and maintaining a good quality control in terms of songwriting during their career, has aided them to be quite steady and often even catapulted them to the number one position.
With about a dozen album releases and numerous lives, and their still going strong with their latest sort of spell of bad luck – losing Joel Hoekstra to Whitesnake, who’s place is filled up by one Keri Kelly, graduate of a thousand or so American Hard Rock bands, quite capably.

Brother Firetribe - Sunbound

Well, it was a matter of time for Brother Firetribe to release a truly enthralling album… their top album of their career to date, without any doubt. You see all the musicians are top-notch and their songwriting skills are great, so it was no surprise that they have come up with such an astonishing release.
