Physical & Digital releases…

GR logoThe digital music (r)evolution has urged the young generation to be part of the music business and even make it grow bigger in a very different way than the “old-traditional” one.

Now that every album is released both digitally and physically, both parties, the old and the younger ones can be totally satisfied in their own way. To each their own. You can stream or download a new (or old) album, then feel free to do so in your smart phone, tablet or laptop and so on. You do not fancy that digital things and you want to get a vinyl or a CD in your hands, enjoy the booklet, read the lyrics and the liner notes, then you can do so as well, since the vinyl is back for good and CDs never left... it’s back after a downfall that happened on the first day of the digital era.

This is the good part of the new music era, aside from other faults that it may have and they are to be discussed in other editorials. You can always find a way to satisfy your musical tastes, even if it’s harder or takes more time; the way is always there, waiting to be “discovered” by all the music lovers.

PS2: The Model Spotlight of this month is the sexy Emily Cash. Check out her interview and pics here.

PS3: As we are The Hellacopters’ fans and due to the fact Grande Rock ezine was named after their third release, we’d like to say a final farewell to guitarist, vocalist & songwriter Robert Dahlqvist (Thunder Express, Dundertåget, Diamond Dogs, The Solution) that passed away in February 2017, at the age of 40. Thx for the music Robert … Rest In Peace…
