Antonello Giliberto is a new & young Italian guitarist from Siracusa. After years of studying & seminars with some great guitarists of our time he ended up with the style that’s fitting him best. Having some major influences by the neo-classical “maestro” Yngwie Malmsteen as well as Ritchie Blackmore, Vinnie Moore, Tony MacAlpine, Joe Stump & Jason Becker among others, he completed his first solo attempt.
 

Joe Satriani is one of those musicians/composers/guitarists that took the whole instrumental guitar rock sound a step further and made it more accessible to people who weren’t musicians themselves. Thus, when it comes to Joe any kind of intro is ultimately unnecessary.
 

Guitarist Joe Satriani has launched a video for his new single “A Door Into Summer” taken from his new 2013 album “Unstoppable Momentum”.  

 

The video features exclusive footage from the famed Skywalker Ranch in Marin County, California, where Joe recorded the new album with Mike Keneally, Vinnie Colaiuta and Chris Chaney.

The album was recorded at Skywalker Sound in San Francisco and was produced by Satriani and Mike Fraser (AC/DC).

 

The new album features an amazing array of talented players including: Vinnie Colauita (Sting, Jeff Beck) on drums, Chris Chaney (Janes Addiction) on bass and Mike Keneally (Dethklok) on keyboards.
