After finished touring the fall in their native Finland for the latest album "X", THE 69 EYES head to the European tour.

Helsinki vampires THE 69 EYES have revealed the cover art for the bands upcoming tenth studio album, "X".

 

Commented lead alchemist Jyrki69: "The cover is pure Goth 'n' Roll: a psychedelic mirror image of old wild animal bones with our X-tagram projected over all. It's good, evil, magic & voodoo all together! Something to stare at when tripping on the album".

 

"X" is scheduled for a late September 2012 release via Nuclear Blast.

 

Helsinki vampire rockers, THE 69 EYES, are currently putting finishing touches to their new, 10th studio album. "We've never really celebrated anything, not that we've been playing 20 years or so (vampires don't count decades). Thus this time we thought to celebrate a bit: the new album is entitled as tenth in Roman numbers, it'll be called “X”", says lead vampire, Jyrki69.

 

The first single release from album is called "Red" and it's due in August as the album comes out late in September on Nuclear Blast Records.
