Eluveitie release music video for first single “Ategnatos”

We all wade through archetypes. We all are archetypes. Distant echoes of a life both primeval and noble. To embrace these archetypes, to accept them not only as a part of life but as life itself is what some may call enlightenment, some peace of mind.

Eluveitie call it “Ategnatos”. And by using their longest gap between two Metal albums to gather momentum, they just forged their strongest album around it.

“Ategnatos” will be release on April 5th, 2019, via Nuclear Blast.

Yngwie Malmsteen to release new album “Blue Lightning” on March 29th 2019

Yngwie Malmsteen will release “Blue Lightning” globally on March 29th, 2019 via Mascot Records / Mascot Label Group.

To call Yngwie Malmsteen a “maestro” or “virtuoso” is to state the obvious. But such terms don’t do sufficient justice to either his talent or impact. There are innumerable guitarists who have copied a small part of the vast musical spectrum that defines him, but nobody comes close to achieving what he has over a period of nearly four decades.

John 5 and The Creatures reveal new music video for two-part track “Crank It - Living with Ghosts”

John 5 and The Creatures - comprised of world-renowned guitarist John 5, bassist Ian Ross and drummer Logan Miles Nix - have launched another music video from their forthcoming full-length album, “Invasion”, for a two-part track entitled “Crank It - Living with Ghosts”.

The trippy video for this mind-boggling, hypnotic jam begins as a fluorescent, glow-in-the-dark extravaganza, transitioning with the music to something altogether more sinister.

On April 19th, 2019, Allegaeon will release their new album, “Apoptosis”, via Metal Blade Records.

A near-perfect symbiosis of technical, progressive, and melodic death metal, “Apoptosis” is a record that is as crushingly heavy as it is inventive, lithe and intelligent, and marks a significant leap forward in the band’s songwriting.
