Clutch to release new studio album “Book of Bad Decisions” on September 7th 2018

Maryland rockers Clutch have announced “Book of Bad Decisions” as the title of their new studio album.

“Book of Bad Decisions”, Clutch’s twelfth studio album, is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 7th, 2018, via their own Weathermaker Music label.
 
The album was recorded at Sputnik Sound in Nashville, Tennessee by producer Vance Powell (Jack White, Chris Stapleton, The Raconteurs, The Dead Weather) and consists of 15 new tracks.

Red Fang announces September 2018 US Headlining Tour

Portland rockers Red Fang have announced a Kerrang! sponsored US Fall headlining tour with support from Big Business, Monolord (select dates), and Dead Now.

The tour begins September 7th at Hopscotch Music Festival in Raleigh, NC, travels through 17 cities and ends September 28th in Indianapolis, IN.

Additionally, Red Fang recently finished successful South American and Australian/New Zealand tours. The band is also scheduled to perform at additional North American Summer festivals Heavy Montreal and Psycho Las Vegas.

Void Cruiser to re-release “Overstaying My Welcome” with exclusive bonus track on May 25th 2018

Finnish heavy psych cosmonauts Void Cruiser announce the reissue of their critically acclaimed 2015 album “Overstaying My Welcome”, which received much praise across the whole underground community.

It will benefit of an exclusive bonus track recorded specifically for the occasion. The song “Heavyweight Champion of the Solar System” is an impressive 30 minutes voyage through space and far galaxies.

Crobot announces new drummer Dan Ryan and new bassist James Alexander Lascu

Crobot have announced the addition of Dan Ryan on drums and James Alexander Lascu on bass.

James also plays bass in Wilson and will continue to do so for both bands.

Dan is an official Ddrum USA artist, while James is endorsed by Darkglass Electronics, Spector, EMG Pickups and Ernie Ball.

Red Fang announces October 2017 West Coast Tour

Portland rockers Red Fang have announced the California Ghost Rush headline tour in October.

The tour commences October 17th in Eugene, OR and ends October 28th in Los Angeles, CA.

Direct support will be provided by Bloodclot and Fireball Ministry on select dates.

Red Fang is also set to perform this weekend at Crucial Fest in Salt Lake City, UT and Bumbershoot in Seattle, WA. Additionally, the band will provide direct support for Mastodon in the UK and Europe this Fall.

Obese to release new studio album “Anamnesis” on October 20th 2017

Dutch Stoner Sludgers Obese reveal release date and tracklist of their new album “Anamnesis”.
 
Being in work for several months, due to the singer change during the recording sessions, “Anamnesis” is a beast made of heavy “fat” guitars and killer vocals, a perfect blend of sonorities meeting Crowbar, High On Fire and Torche.

Obese announces new singer Vladimir Stevic

Today Obese officially announced their new singer: Vladimir Stevic, former frontman of rock band All Comes Down and currently also fronting Pene Corrida.

The members are quite elated with the new singer: “We're very lucky: our musical interests immediately clicked. With our second album coming up, it was very important for us to start recording fast so we could maintain that energy that comes when you are writing a new album. Vladimir's dedication and hard work made sure that energy is not lost. So we're able to release a new single with his vocals soon. Because of the change in our line-up the release has been delayed, but it will surely come this year”.
