Phil Campbell announces first-ever solo album “Old Lions Still Roar”

After two very successful releases with Phil Campbell And The Bastard Sons and countless live shows with rock giants like Guns N’ Roses, legendary long-time Motorhead guitarist Phil Campbell is currently laying down finishing touches to his first-ever solo record.

Campbell comments: “I’m really happy to release my first solo album, "Old Lions Still Roar", worldwide. I’m also honoured to have mega talented guests and friends do their thing. Looking forward to everyone taking a listen!”...

"Hey John, can you set up a vocal mic? I want to recite a poem about turtles in a Ringo Starr accent, and then launch into a ferocious groove with the band, and then back to the Ringo part, and then back to the ferocious part a few more times. We’ll cut it all live too".

Ricky Warwick signs worldwide deal with Nuclear Blast and announces new solo album “When Life was Fast and Hard”

Ricky Warwick (Black Star Riders, Thin Lizzy, The Almighty) announced today that he has signed a worldwide deal with Nuclear Blast for his solo album releases. Further, he also announced that he has begun recording his latest solo offering, “When Life was Fast and Hard”.

Playing on the album are Ricky Warwick (vocals & guitars), Robert Crane (bass), Keith Nelson (guitars) and Xavier Muriel (drums), as well as several special guests.
