Hollywood Vampires - Rise

I dunno what the deal exactly is with Alice Cooper and not only he keeps releasing stuff under his own name (case and point “Paranormal”), but he also did a weird tribute to his fallen drinking buddies through the years, by creating the Hollywood Vampires along with Aerosmith’s Joe Perry and Johnny Depp (who was in a number of bands during his youth, the most prominent being him playing guitar for a bit for Florida hard rockers Rock City Angels) and releasing a covers heavy album back in 2015, that on

Alice Cooper to release new live album “A Paranormal Evening at the Olympia Paris” on August 31st 2018

Wednesday 13 announces Summer 2018 European Tour with Combichrist

Following a brief hibernation in his crypt in order to regain new strength, the Duke of Spook, Wednesday 13, will mark their return to Europe this Summer to perform tracks from his new album “Condolences”, as well as some horror metal evergreens, for all of his loyal European ghouls.

This time, the band teams up with industrial/aggrotech veterans Combichrist for an 18-dates-strong tour culminating in another spectacular performance at Bloodstock Open Air.

Alice Cooper premieres video for new single “The Sound of A” & announces the physical release for February 23rd 2018

Today sees the official video premiere for “The Sound of A”.

The song has a special meaning; it is in fact the first song that Alice Cooper wrote entirely on his own back in 1967. The song was forgotten until Dennis Dunaway, the bass player of the original Alice Cooper band, rediscovered it and played it to Alice, after which the two of them updated the song and then recorded it for the “Paranormal” album. With its psychedelic sound, swirling guitars and the mysterious Hammond organ, it is one of the most hypnotic songs on “Paranormal”.

Beasto Blanco to release new album “Live from Berlin” on January 19th 2018

Beasto Blanco, the band fronted by long time Alice Cooper bassist Chuck Garric, will release “Live from Berlin” on January 19th, 2018, via Rat Pak Records.

“Live from Berlin” was recorded at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, Germany during the 2016 sold-out Böhse Onkelz tour.

The release features songs from both their debut release “Live Fast Die Loud” (2013) as well as their highly successful 2016 self-titled sophomore release “Beasto Blanco”.

Alice Cooper - Paranormal

Whether you choose to believe it or not, “Paranormal” is Alice Cooper’s 27th(!) studio album. Alice Cooper (born Vincent Damon Furnier almost seven decades ago) has enjoyed an illustrious career that has spanned nearly the five of those decades of his adult life… coming off the heels of a rather anti-climactic sequel to his “Nightmare” half a dozen years ago, “Paranormal” at least feels more like a proper Alice Cooper album, rather than an experiment that didn’t quite pan out.
