Were I to guess where this band comes from, I would definitely choose Scandinavia and possibly Norway. To my amazement, Csejthe are from Quebec, Canada. Obviously the guys have spent hours listening to Scandinavian black metal music and that turned out to be for their own benefit as it seems. This is the band’s sophomore release, which comes about 4 years after their debut “La Mort du Prince Noir”. Nowadays Csejthe are a three-piece band, as only, the drummer Fiel & the guitarist Strigat, who has also taken care of the vocals, have been left from the original line-up. There’s also a new guitarist, Bardunor (Crépuscule, Hiverna, Monarque), on board.
Chilean cult PENTAGRAM CHILE have completed the recording process for their debut album “The Malefice”. The album was recorded both in Sade Studios in Santiago, Chile and HVR studios in Suffolk, UK.
The album will be out around June/July and the first edition will also include re-recordings of classic 80s demo songs. Expect nothing else but a total Death/Thrash killer record the way it’s meant to be!

Manilla Road is a strange case. It had always been like that with this “cult” & underground band. They do have die-hard fans all over the world and especially in Greece… but they also have lots of MR-haters. This is probably to Mark’s “odd” - love it or hate it - voice. I had never been into them that much but I can’t ignore albums like “Open the Gates” that are a milestone to the epic heavy/power metal genre.
We all know that there is a lot of great music out there, in countries where people are not able to express themselves freely and live out their visions and lifestyles as they please. One of these examples is Sina with his band From The Vastland from Iran.

Posthum will release the new album ”Lights Out” on September 21st.
“Lights Out” can be described as an atmospheric and gloomy album with a melancholic undertone, even though some of the songs are more aggressive and with progressive elements. Lyrically Posthum draws inspiration from nature, dreams and nightmares, the material and commercial world and the human nature.
Check out the outstanding coverart and the tracklist from the upcoming album!
New Jersey's HAMMER FIGHT are getting ready to take their bar-brawling thrash n' roll out west for their "Wrecked Coast Disas-Tour" with Sacramento's PSYCHOSOMATIC.
The band will be playing out in support of their self-titled debut EP, out now on Horror Pain Gore Death Productions.
Fans should also expect to hear material from their forthcoming, as-of-yet-untitled sophomore effort, which is currently in pre-production. "Wrecked Coast Disas-Tour" dates, along with additional shows, are listed below.
The sound of Posthum is the sound of dark, Norwegian forests and endless snow-covered plains. It is melancholic, atmospheric and hypnotizing Norwegian Black Metal. They released their debut album “Posthum” in 2009 receiving great reviews from the underground press, and triggering a strong demand for a swift sequel.
Posthum accomplish what many bands are merely attempting, which is to deliver a work of art that is complete in itself; and it needs to be said that they did this brilliantly – 8/10 Metal.de
Mpire Of Evil is what the ex-Venom members, Jeff “Mantas” Dunn (guitar), Antony “Antton” Lant (drums; brother of Venom frontman “Cronos”) and Tony “The Demolition Man” Dolan (bass, vocals) finally call the band. Firstly, it was called Prime Evil but after issues they had with a band of the same name they decided to change it… for everyone’s sake.
