Europe’s biggest crossover band, Rise Of The Northstar, have released the official live video for their hit single “Here Comes the Boom”.

The footage was recorded during the band’s May 18 show in Paris, France. The song comes off the Rise Of The Northstar’s latest album, “The Legacy of Shi”! Watch the live video below.

The band will kick off their European headline tour in support of the album on October 17 in Aarschot, Belgium.

Vocalist Victor “Vithia” Leroy formed Rise Of The Northstar (ROTN) in 2008. He drew inspiration from bands like Rage Against The Machine and Slayer, as well as rap music and Japanese anime. More than 10 years later, the self-dubbed “biggest crossover band in Europe” is promoting a new full-length album as they’re set to play at Rockmaraton 2019.

The first band to take the stage was Lies Behind Your Eyes. This four-piece group from Orlando, Fl. features Ky Dixon on vocals, Eric Shreds on guitars, John Taylor on bass, and drummer Mikey Chinchilla. With so many great bands on the tap tonight, the downside is the set lists are going to be short. This really came into focus with this local group. As I had never heard them before, I was really impressed. With vocals being shared by several members, and tons of energy being brought to the stage. I was really impressed with these guys and wanted them to keep playing!

This lethal double header will be hitting both London and Sheffield to deal out a lesson in the furyo state of mind.

Today, they have released a shocking new music video – pointing a finger at the NRA and their allowance of continued gun violence – for the single “Shelter in Place”.

Rise Of The Northstar to release new studio album “The Legacy of Shi” on October 19th 2018

Europe's biggest crossover band, Rise Of The Northstar, have announced the details of their upcoming second full-length album.

“The Legacy of Shi” will be released on October 19th, 2018, via Nuclear Blast (Sharptone Records in the USA, Ward Records in Japan) and was recorded with Gojira's Joe Duplantier in his Brooklyn, NY-based Silver Cord Studios.

The album will contain 11 brand new songs and one additional bonus track (vinyl and Japan only) with a running time of 44, respectively 48 minutes.
