It’s been seven years since Jonny Lang released a new studio album, but the wait is almost finally over. Lang has signed a new recording deal with the Mascot Label Group and will release “Fight For My Soul” - the follow up to his Grammy Award Winning 2006 album “Turn Around”, in the UK and Europe on Monday 2nd September.
Lang has been working on the release for three years with Producer Tommy Sims, who co-wrote Eric Clapton’s Grammy winning “Change the World”. The duo collaborated on the project from the ground up.

This is something that we (the fans) all needed! No, don’t be confused, this is not the new album of Surrender but rather a re-release of their highly-acclaimed, self-produced, self-titled album which was released back in 1991, with the addition of three bonus tracks that never made it to the first album. The good news here is not only that we finally have one hell of an album in our hands, but that no fan will be in the dilemma of paying a huge amount of money in order to get the debut album.
Ghost now renamed into Ghost BC, but essentially the same “spirit” even if their emeritus Pope, was upgraded to the second incarnation, continue their “trip” into goat knows what?! What is it that they set out to do in the first place anyway?! A relatively unknown bunch of hooded and masked fellas, led by a guy donning some Papal regalia, was surely going to raise a few eyebrows and cause a bit of public outcry, but I suppose with all the recent re-occurring scandals of the Catholic church rearing their ugly head once more, the timing wasn’t too right for a “Blasphemous-Charlatans hunt” hence them specters got off the hook, rather easily…
