Tim Bowness to release new studio album “Flowers at the Scene” on March 1st 2019

Following the release of 2017’s Prog Award-winning album “Lost in the Ghost Light”, Tim Bowness returns with his fifth solo album “Flowers at the Scene” on March 1st, 2019. Produced by no-man, the album is a vibrant collection of 11 strikingly diverse songs.

Well, why did you take you 5 years to release a new album? What happened in the meantime?
 

The Windmill - Tribus

I had been looking forward to The Windmill’s new album for some time now, but the years were passing by and nothing was happening. They finally released “Tribus” 5 years after the exceptional “The Continuation”, and they proved once more that it’s better to “speak” when you have something to say than do it with no reason.
 

Arena release first ever video single “Poisoned” and announce Spring 2019 UK & European Tour

British rock quintet Arena have just released their first ever video single in their 23 year long career.

The single “Poisoned” is taken from their ninth studio album “Double Vision”, released in May 2018 via Verglas Music.

The single pays homage to loved ones lost to illness - Cancer in particular.

Vola to release new studio album “Applause of a Distant Crowd” on October 12th 2018

Copenhagen’s progressive genre-crossing quartet Vola return with their new album “Applause of a Distant Crowd”, which will be released on October 12th, 2018, via Mascot Records/Mascot Label Group.

Vola's previous album “Inmazes” was met with a wave of critical praise; Prog Magazine lauded their “widescreen heavy stadium Prog”, Metal Hammer rejoiced in the “genre-defying, weighty riffs, gloomy, ambient soundscapes and guttural grooves”, whilst The Sun exclaimed their “genre-mashing” ability.
