TesseracT to release new studio album “Sonder” on April 20th 2018

TesseracT, a band that sit outside the bounds of any genre specificity, pioneers of the ever-evolving metal scene and unstoppable force of off-kilter riffs, soaring melodies and disorientating atmospherics release their fourth studio album “Sonder” on April 20th, 2018, through Kscope.

“Sonder” adds significant firepower to the band’s arsenal, blending the harsh abrasiveness of “One” (2011) and progressive ethereal elements of “Altered State” (2013) with the accessibility of “Polaris” (2015).

TesseracT - Polaris

Only two years after the highly acclaimed “Altered State”, TesseracT returns with a major change on their ranks. Vocalist Ashe O’Hara was replaced by (the old singer) Dan Tompkins. Some fans were happy with that change but others not so very pleased. It’s true that “Altered State” was a breakthrough for TesseracT. That album made them more recognizable and helped them reach a bigger audience. So the bet was not only to release something better than “Altered State” but also take a step forward. Was the bet taken? Well, I’m afraid not.

TesseracT announces North American Tour 2015

TesseracT will return to North America for a healthy batch of tour dates slated for later this year. The band has tapped The Contortionist as main support along with Erra, and Skyharbor. “Five years ago we bundled ourselves in to a van and set off on our debut North American tour”, says bassist Amos Williams. “It was not only our North American debut but also our first major tour, really”.

Dates will kick off on November 2nd at the Theater for Living Arts in Philadelphia and run coast to coast making a few stops in Canada before wrapping things up at Irving Plaza in New York City on December 7th.

TesseracT to release “Polaris” on September 18th 2015

U.K.’s premier progressive act TesseracT have announced an all new LP titled “Polaris”, due out September 18th, 2015 via their UK label home Kscope and a partnership with eOne Music in North America. “TesseracT has been through a roller coaster of a ride since our first EP”, says the band. “We seemed to always have been filling the holes in our ship's hull to stop this ship from sinking, as we raced around the world time and time again”.

TesseracT to release new album via eOne Music in the US

UK progressive juggernauts TesseracT and their UK label home Kscope have partnered with eOne Music to release their all new LP this fall in North America. "We're very excited to be working with the eOne team, their experience and well rounded ability will certainly help us grow in our biggest market", says TesseracT frontman Dan Tompkins. "The band is really looking forward to making the most of utilizing the resources that eOne has to offer and can't wait to start this album cycle".
