Agnostic Front announces November 2019 UK & Ireland Tour Dates

New York hardcore legends Agnostic Front are pleased to announce a handful more tour dates, in celebration of their seminal debut album “Victim in Pain”’s 35th anniversary plus the release of their recent full-length documentary “The Godfathers of Hardcore”.

The band are set to play one show in Dublin, and six UK shows this coming November. The full dates are listed below.

Nyt Liv releases new music video for “Aske Og Blod”

Copenhagen, Denmark-based melodic hardcore outfit Nyt Liv presents a new video for their anthem “Aske Og Blod”, which is found on their “Ensomhedens Kolde Kald” debut LP, released on May 3rd through Indisciplinarian.

On the same day, the band played a forceful show at Spot festival in Aarhus, which the English leading metal magazine Metal Hammer called “A blistering set” filled with “ferocious energy”.

Sūrya to release new studio album “Solastalgia” on July 26th 2019

London sludge metal outfit Sūrya return with their sophomore album, “Solastalgia”, to be released July 26th, 2019, via Argonauta Records. The band’s brand of atmospheric post-metal is driven by solemn riffs and gloomy percussion.

Their music is equal parts the torrential heaviness of bands like Corrupted (Jap) and Neurosis, with shades of Amebix’s desolate crust and the heart-rending atmospherics of Wolves In The Throne Room.

Rise Of The Northstar set to perform at Rockmaraton 2019

Vocalist Victor “Vithia” Leroy formed Rise Of The Northstar (ROTN) in 2008. He drew inspiration from bands like Rage Against The Machine and Slayer, as well as rap music and Japanese anime. More than 10 years later, the self-dubbed “biggest crossover band in Europe” is promoting a new full-length album as they’re set to play at Rockmaraton 2019.

Halshug to release new studio album “Drøm” on July 19th 2019

Halshug, the Copenhagen-based trio, release a third studio album titled “Drøm” (“Dream”) on July 19th, 2019, through Southern Lord on LP and DL formats.

On “Drøm” the band expand their sound from the dirgy d-beat of their earlier albums “Sort sind” (2016) and “Blodets bånd” (2015), and explore the dynamics of longer songs, more audible lyrics, and altered tempos, which result in different shades of industrial, dark-wave, and post-punk.
 

Cave In release new space rock tinged single “Shake My Blood”

As a band redefined by the loss of bassist Caleb Scofield, Cave In have been slowly teasing their continued identity as one of post-hardcore’s most resilient contingents.

With the June 7th release of their “Final Transmission” LP rapidly approaching, the band has released yet another glimpse of the future’s promise, via the new track “Shake My Blood”.

Nyt Liv release music video for new single “Fortidens Tæsk”

This past Friday, the Copenhagen, Denmark based melodic hardcore band Nyt Liv (“New Life” in Danish) released the second single “Fortidens Tæsk” (“Batterings of the Past”) from their debut album “Ensomhedens Kolde Kald” (“The Cold Call of Solitude”) set for a release via Indisciplinarian this coming Friday May 3rd.

Today, the band unleashes a brand new, simple, raw and expressive music video for the track created by guitarist Martin Goltermann.
