Firstly, tell us… why was there that 5 year gap between “Nine” & “Isolate”?
 

Undoubtedly, the Russian music scene & market is huge. The bands were left underground and far beyond the other groups of Europe… but it seems that the time to claim equal treatment as their colleagues in Europe and the US has finally come. Russia is a big music place, just like US, and it can, surely, give worth listening music.
 

New Jersey's HAMMER FIGHT are getting ready to take their bar-brawling thrash n' roll out west for their "Wrecked Coast Disas-Tour" with Sacramento's PSYCHOSOMATIC.

 

The band will be playing out in support of their self-titled debut EP, out now on Horror Pain Gore Death Productions.

 

Fans should also expect to hear material from their forthcoming, as-of-yet-untitled sophomore effort, which is currently in pre-production. "Wrecked Coast Disas-Tour" dates, along with additional shows, are listed below.

This Italian band that has the name of a Greek mountain (the sacred mountain of ancient Arcadians), Lykaion, are finally releasing their debut album… although they have been around from more than 10 years.
 

Taking a long break from their main band… the members of The Flower Kings weren’t left with crossed hands all these 5 years but they toured, recorded and released various albums with Transatlantic, Karmakanic, Agents of Mercy & Hasse Fröberg and the Musical Companion. Somewhat more than fooling around just to clear their head off the music world… if that’s what a break from your main band means.
 

Rush is indeed one of the most influential and effective progressive rock bands of all time. It’s incredible how many & great bands those three - impenitent music lovers - Canadian musicians have influenced throughout their career. The formula is clear… if you wanna be progressive, complex and experimental… get the band’s 70s & 80s back catalogue and listen to them even in your sleep… this will bring you some “inspiration” as many others of the so called big prog metal bands have done in the past.

We will talk about this album in time as it’s not to be forgotten at all.
