Seventh Veil - White Trash Attitude

Seventh Veil are a hard rock band from Verona ,Italy which started out in 2011. “White Trash Attitude” is their first album and after listening to it, I have to say that I would have no problem if it also was their last.

It’s not that it’s a crap album but it’s just so damn mediocre that it winds up being unbearable. With a title like “White Trash Attitude” I would expect a little more... well, attitude. I found each and every track in there so flat and generic, they almost irritated me. The riffs, the melodies and the guitar solos are, without any exception, unimaginative and plainly boring.

Seventh Veil - White Trash Attitude on July 16th 2013

One year after the EP "Nasty Skin", Seventh Veil are ready to publish their debut album "White Trash Attitude". The album will be released on July 16th under Street Symphonies Records and distributed by Andromeda. A promotional trailer for the album, that was recorded, mixed and mastered by Oscar Burato at Atomic Stuff Studio (Isorella, Brescia, Italy), is available below.

Summers

Hey guys… A dream comes true dude, right?! Your debut album is finally out after a long period. How do you feel now that your first goal has been accomplished? We named it the Best Album of April on Grande Rock!

S: It’s great that the fans can finally own a piece of Summers. We’re incredibly proud of the album and just glad to have it out there.

Do tell us what has happened since 2007 that Summers started out till today. Why did it take it you so long to release your debut and what were the drawbacks that you faced as band?

Summers - 364

It’s a mystery why some great bands of the 80s, like Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Motley Crue and so on, changed their style so much that in some cases it’s hard to believe that they were once on the top. Thankfully, there’s a new generation coming that was raised by listening to the aforementioned bands and got inspired by their attitude & style. Summers is one of those bands that brought in my mind the glorious 80s days from the very first moment I listened to their debut album.

John Gält - Served Hot

That was something that I didn’t expect. I might be a bit biased but I would never think that there was a chance to see a Ukrainian band playing so fine in a (fixed?) US/EU game. But let’s take things form the start, right?

Hardcore Superstar - C’mon Take on Me

Hardcore Superstar is a fairly good band, which belongs on the second sleaze/glam metal wave that started in the late 90s. They may have a few nice songs on all their albums but they had never been a great rival not even for their co-patriots Crashdïet which rocked the world in the mid-00s. No word about a comparison with the big sleaze bands of the 80s!

Shannon - Circus of Lost Souls

This hard rock act from France is still going on and rockin’ well in any case. Shannon have been around for almost 15 years and this is their 3rd full-length album. In case you haven’t heard of them before, their music is heavily influenced by hard rock bands like: Danger Danger, Firehouse, Tyketto, Gotthard, Jaded Heart, Hardline, White Lion, Fair Warning, Harem Scarem, Talisman, Poison, Motley Crue, XYZ and the list goes on. As you have already understood, Shannon do have quite a few sleaze/glam passages on their songs every now and then as well.

Crashdiet - US Tour & New Video

Hard rock lovers worldwide can witness the worldwide premiere of the video for Swedish sleaze rockers Crashdiet’s brand new track, “California”. The song is taken from their latest album, "THE SAVAGE PLAYGROUND", which was just released worldwide via Frontiers Records and debuted at #2 on the Swedish album charts. Next month, Crashdiet are set to take their fiery live show to the masses in North America with a headlining tour kicking off on March 15th at Hooligans in Albuquerque, NM. Please see below for confirmed tour dates. Check also the video below.

Wildside Riot - No Second Take

Wildside Riot is the new moniker for the ex-Wrathchild vocalist Rocky Shades. Rocky found that there’s actually life after Wrathchild and decided to go his own way with a totally new band. Both Wrathchild and Rocky’s Wildside Riot have embellished their sleaze/glam metal music with (hard) rock and roll elements making it more energetic and rockin’. After all Wrathchild are really the Godfather of glam/sleaze metal music and both they and Rocky have nothing to prove to anyone anymore.

De La Cruz - Street Level out in late March

Frontiers Records is pleased to announce the release of DE LA CRUZ's debut full length album "Street Level" on March 22nd in Europe and March 26th in North America.

Hailing from the Gold Coast, Australia, DE LA CRUZ are easily one of the most promising Arena Hard Rock bands to come out of underground scene. They came to the attention of the fans when Geoff Barton of Classic Rock Magazine described their sound: “like a Pomptastic, Hyper-active Leppard”! in his review of the band’s self financed EP.
