Four year after their second release, Midryasi are back with a new album under a new label. The band’s heavy rock, doom, psychedelic, prog, space & rock amalgam is evolving on each new work.
“Black, Blue & Violet” is following the band’s progression into a gloomy, hallucinogenic & obscure alleyway. All this psycho-doom-panic-murky atmosphere they create, has a pleasant edge especially to those who are fond of such things. The sound is also fabulous with bits of 70s psychedelia now and again but without being old-fashioned in the least.

Swedish classic rock superstars GRAVEYARD are glad to announce the return of bass player Rikard Edlund had checked himself into rehab in October last year.
Commented the band: “Ricky's back!.... more than glad to announce that: Rikard is back on (some kind of) track - which means that GRAVEYARD fans can start looking forward to his return to the stage”.

Manilla Road is a strange case. It had always been like that with this “cult” & underground band. They do have die-hard fans all over the world and especially in Greece… but they also have lots of MR-haters. This is probably to Mark’s “odd” - love it or hate it - voice. I had never been into them that much but I can’t ignore albums like “Open the Gates” that are a milestone to the epic heavy/power metal genre.

Let me start by saying that this might just be the hardest review I had ever had to write and that the rating above is just my personal opinion.
