The Wraith to release debut full-length album “Gloom Ballet” on November 29th 2019

Los Angeles-based dark punk band The Wraith will release their Mat Mitchell-produced debut full-length, “Gloom Ballet”, through Southern Lord Recordings on November 29th, 2019. The label this week unveiling the album’s track listing, cover art, and new details on the album. The news comes just days ahead of the band’s performance at LA Dark Fest this weekend.
 

The Wraith signs with Southern Lord

Less than three years since forming, Los Angeles-based dark punk band The Wraith has wrapped its debut full-length, “Gloom Ballet”, with Puscifer guitarist/producer Mat Mitchell. The foursome has signed to Southern Lord Recordings, who will release the album worldwide later this year.
 
“Southern Lord owner Greg Anderson has been amazing to work with, and we really appreciate his willingness to incorporate a different sound into his roster”, offers guitarist Kaz Alvis.
 

Todd Rundgren to headline Cleopatra Records First Ever SXSW Showcase in March 2018

One of the few remaining truly independent, privately owned record labels in existence today, L.A.-based Cleopatra Records has been championing underground music and outsider artists since its inception in 1992.

Now, the label has teamed up with the biggest music festival dedicated to discovering and promoting new talent, SXSW, to announce the first ever official Cleopatra Records showcase. Headlining this special event is legendary songwriter/producer/guitarist, Todd Rundgren, an artist well known for pushing the boundaries of rock and pop with his distinctive flair for the eccentric and unusual.

All Hell to release new studio album “The Grave Alchemist” on April 14th 2017

Following up on last year’s critically acclaimed LP, “The Red Sect”, North Carolina’s All Hell returns with their Prosthetic Records debut, “The Grave Alchemist”.

Produced by Kris Hilbert (The Body), who worked with the band on “The Red Sect” and mixed and mastered by Joel Grind (Toxic Holocaust), “The Grave Alchemist” will see a worldwide release on April 14th, 2017.

Featuring twelve driving, raucous blackened thrash hymns, the album reveals a marked maturity and growth for these Asheville natives who previously wore their punk rock roots on their proverbial sleeves.
